A Toronto, ON, mother found an amazing way to collaborate creatively with her own child.
Taking her daughter’s doodles, Ruth Oosterman, uses their original design and runs with it.
The paintings are lovely. Looking even at the child’s original creations, there is clearly a sense of color combination and certainly an intriguing sense of shape that is aesthetically pleasing.
What is really exciting to us, at Y5, is the possibility of sharing something so special with a loved one. Creativity is so close to our hearts and the idea of sharing the process with someone whom we love so much can only make a piece of art stronger and more meaningful!
